To help the believer to know God more intimately and knowledgeably by experiencing the love of God, then the disciple can apply the Word of God, to begin to know who they really are as new creations, created in the image and likeness of God, which in turn will form the character of Christ in their lives, which will help them find and fulfill their God-given purpose and function within the Body of Christ.
